I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). My focus is on helping you to actualize your full potential. In my corporate career I’ve worked at creative and innovative companies including Apple. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of professionals in start-up, midsize, and Fortune 50-500 companies. I understand the challenges that professionals face today, and assist people in transforming them. This includes navigating uncertainty, building skills, and leveraging strengths in challenging and uncertain times. My coaching approach is customized to meet the needs of each individual that I coach.
I believe it’s an exciting time — with science showing us ways to improve ourselves, our organizations, and our world. To help others I draw from neuroscience, strengths, positive psychology and other evidenced based approaches. I enjoy helping people increase their knowledge, skills, and abilities in order to create meaningful change in their lives. I create supportive learning environments where people can learn, grow, and develop. My clients say that working with me helped them to decrease stress and increase their skills and confidence.
